Convenience closing feature
Vehicles with KEYLESS-GO*:

Press and hold the lock button on an
outside door handle (୴ page 64) until
the windows, the tilt/sliding sunroof*
or tilt/sliding panel* are completely
closed.
When you lock the vehicle, you can close
the windows, tilt/sliding sunroof* or
tilt/sliding panel* simultaneously.
When closing the side windows and the
tilt/sliding sunroof* or tilt/sliding panel*,
make sure that there is no danger of anyone
being harmed by the closing procedure.

Aim transmitter eye of the SmartKey or
SmartKey with KEYLESS-GO* at the
driver’s outside door handle

Release the lock button on the outside
door handle to interrupt procedure.
If potential danger exists, proceed as fol-
lows:
(୴ page 234). The SmartKey or
SmartKey with KEYLESS-GO* must be
in close proximity to the driver’s out-
side door handle.

Release button ‹ to stop the closing
procedure. To open, press and hold
button Œ. To continue the closing
procedure after making sure that there
is no danger of anyone being harmed by
the closing procedure, press and hold
button ‹.

Press and hold button ‹ until the
windows, the tilt/sliding sunroof* or
tilt/sliding panel* are completely
closed.
Vehicles with KEYLESS-GO*:
Vehicles with panorama roof*:

Release the lock button (୴ page 64) on
the outside door handle to stop the clos-
ing procedure.

Press and hold button ‹ again. The
roller sunblinds close.
ț
Pull on the outside door handle and hold
firmly. The side windows and the
tilt/sliding sunroof* or tilt/sliding pan-
el* will open for as long as the door han-
dle is held but the door not opened.

Release button ‹ to interrupt pro-
cedure.
