whenyouaredrivingoversand,applytheacceleratorslowlyandavoid

theslideuntilyouregaincontrolofthevehicle.
Iftheengineortransmissionissubmergedinwater,theirfluidsshould
becheckedandchanged,ifnecessary.

possiblyrollingover.Wheneverdrivingonahill,determinebeforehand
therouteyouwilluse.Donotdriveoverthecrestofahillwithout
seeingwhatconditionsareontheotherside.Donotdriveinreverse
overahillwithouttheaidofanobserver.
Whenclimbingasteepslopeorhill,startinalowergearratherthan
downshiftingtoalowergearfromahighergearoncetheascenthas
started.Thisreducesstrainontheengineandthepossibilityofstalling.
Ifyoudostallout,donottrytoturnaroundbecauseyoumightrollover.
Itisbettertobackdowntoasafelocation.
