Toopenthemoonroof:
Themoonroofisequippedwithan
automatic,one-touch,express
opening,closingandventingfeature.
Pressandreleasetherearportionof
thecontrol.Tostopmotionatany
timeduringtheone-touch
operation,pressthecontrola
secondtime.
Whenclosingthemoonroof,youshouldverifythatitisfreeof
obstructionsandensurethatchildrenand/orpetsarenotinthe
proximityofthemoonroofopening.
Toclosethemoonroof:
Themoonroofisequippedwithanautomatic,one-touch,expressclosing
feature.Pressandreleasethefrontportionofthecontrol.Tostop
motionatanytimeduringtheone-touchclosing,pressthecontrolagain.
Bounceback:
Whenanobstaclehasbeendetectedinthemoonroofopeningasthe
moonroofisclosing,themoonroofwillautomaticallyopenandstopata
prescribedposition.Thisisknownas“bounce-back”.Iftheignitionis
turnedOFF(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive)duringbounce-back,
themoonroofwillmoveuntilthebouncebackpositionisreached.
Bouncebackoverride:
Tooverridebounceback,pressandholdthefrontportionofthecontrol.
Forexample:Bouncebackcanbeusedtoovercometheresistanceoficeon
themoonrooforseals.Ifduringabounce-backcondition,thecontrolis
releasedtotheneutralposition,thenheldintheonetouchpositionwithin
twosecondsafterthemoonroofreachesthebounce-backposition,the
moonroofwilltravelwithnobounce-backprotection.Ifthecontrolis
releasedbeforethemoonroofreachesfullyclosedortheignitionisturned
OFF(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive),themoonroofwillstop.
Securityoverridecanbeusedifthemoonroofmovementisrestrictedin
someway,forexample,ifthereisiceonthemoonrooforseals.
Tovent:
•
Totiltthemoonroofintotheventposition(whentheglasspanelis
closed),pressandreleasethefrontportionofthecontrol.
Toclosethemoonrooffromtheventposition,pressandholdtherear
portionofthecontroluntiltheglasspanelstopsmoving.
