Thecenter-rearpositionseatbeltcanbe
stowedusingthefollowingprocedure.

Whenstowingtheseatbelt,make
surethebeltislockedsecurelyinto
therecess.Iftheseatbeltisnot
properlystowed,itmightgetcaught
intheseatsandbedamaged.
Tostowtheseatbelt,retractthebelt,put
tongues(A)and(C)togetherandinsert
eachtongueintotherespectiveceiling
recess.Insertthetonguesuntilyouheara
click.
CAUTION
Ceiling recess
Alwaysunfastenthelapportionof
thebeltbeforefoldingtheleft-rear
seatback.Leavingthelapportionof
thebeltfastenedcouldcause
damagetotheseatbelt,buckleand
seatback.

Toencouragerearseatpassengerstowear
theirseatbelts,wesuggestleavingthecenter-
rearlappositionofthebeltfastenedatall
timesexceptwhenfoldingtherearseat
forward.

qFasteningtheLapPortionofthe
SeatBelt
Grasptongue(A)andinsertitintothe
anchorbuckle(B)untilyouhearaclick.It
isnowsecureforpassengeruse.
NOTE
Afterreturningtheleft-rearseatbacktoits
uprightposition,guidetheshoulderportionof
thebeltcorrectlythroughtheseatbeltguide
andfastenthelapportionofthebelt.
