X Halogen headlamps: Replace the bulb as
soon as possible (Y page 355).
X Bi-Xenon headlamps: Contact an authorized
Mercedes-Benz Center as soon as possible.
Auto Lamp Function The light sensor is malfunctioning.
Daytime driving lamps come on
automatically.
X Contact an authorized Mercedes-Benz Center
Inoperative
as soon as possible.
To switch off the headlamps (U.S. vehicles only):
X In the instrument cluster control system, set
lamp operation to manual mode (Y page 148).
X Switch on headlamps using the exterior lamp
switch (Y page 100).
