COMAND
The COMAND multimedia system comes as
standard on all SL models. This innovative
multimedia system combines audio, navigation
and telephone (where fitted) in one easy-to-use
system. Thanks to Linguatronic voice control,
many of its functions can even be operated via
spoken commands.
Other COMAND features include an integral
6-disc
CD/DVD changer and a 6.5-inch colour
screen for displaying navigation maps, viewing
videos or, in conjunction with the optional TV
tuner, even watching television. There’s also
an internal 40GB hard drive with pre-installed
navigation software and ample space for your
music or video files, plus a standard Media
Interface for playing files direct from your MP3
player or external hard drive.
