Another bright idea from
Mercedes-Benz
With conventional headlamps, the beams point straight
ahead even if the road doesn’t. The SL’s optional Intel-
ligent Light System, on the other hand, monitors your
steering inputs and angles the beams accordingly, helping
you to see further into a bend.
The Intelligent Light System works in conjunction with
the standard bi-xenon headlamps and includes an addi-
tional cornering light function that helps you to see better
at junctions and in turns.
