the“automaticlockingretractor”featureforchildseatsisstill
functioningproperly.Inaddition,allseatbeltsshouldbecheckedfor
properfunction.
BELTANDRETRACTORASSEMBLYMUSTBEREPLACEDif
theseatbeltassembly“automaticlockingretractor”featureor
anyotherseatbeltfunctionisnotoperatingproperlywhenchecked
accordingtotheproceduresinWorkshopManual.
FailuretoreplacetheBeltandRetractorassemblycould
increasetheriskofinjuryincollisions.
Front safety belt height adjustment
Yourvehiclehassafetybeltheight
adjustmentsforthedriverandfront
passenger.Adjusttheheightofthe
shoulderbeltsothebeltrests
acrossthemiddleofyourshoulder.
Tolowertheshoulderbeltheight,
pushthebuttonandslidetheheight
adjusterdown.Toraisetheheight
oftheshoulderbelt,slidetheheight
adjusterup.Pulldownontheheight
adjustertomakesureitislockedin
place.
Positiontheshoulderbelt
heightadjusterssothatthe
beltrestsacrossthemiddleof
yourshoulder.Failuretoadjust
thesafetybeltproperlycould
reducetheeffectivenessofthe
seatbeltandincreasetheriskof
injuryinacollision.
