ignitionandturntheignitionfrom2
(ACC)to3(RUN)(maintain
ignitionin3(RUN)foratleastone
second).

Turnignitionto1(LOCK)and
removethefirstcodedkeyfrom
1
theignition.

Withintensecondsofturningthe
ignitionto2(ACC),insertthesecondpreviouslyprogrammedcoded
keyintotheignitionandturntheignitionfrom2(ACC)to3(RUN)
(maintainignitionin3(RUN)foratleastonesecondbutnomorethan
tenseconds).
4.
Turntheignitionto1(LOCK)andremovethesecondcodedkey
fromtheignition.
5.
Within20secondsofturningtheignitionto2(ACC),insertthenew
unprogrammedkey(newkey/valetkey)intotheignitionandturnthe
ignitionfrom2(ACC)to3(RUN)(maintainignitionin3(RUN)forat
leastonesecond).Thisstepwillprogramyournewkeytoacodedkey.
6.
Toprogramadditionalnewunprogrammedkey(s),repeatthis
procedurefromstep1.
Ifsuccessful,thenewcodedkey(s)willstartthevehicle’sengineandthe
theftindicatorwillilluminateforthreesecondsandthengoout.
Ifnotsuccessful,thenewcodedkey(s)willnotstartthevehicle’sengine
andthetheftindicatorwillflashonandoffandyoumayrepeatsteps1
through6.Iffailurerepeats,bringyourvehicletoyourdealershipto
havethenewsparekey(s)programmed.
PERIMETER ALARM SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
Theperimeteranti-theftsystemwillhelppreventyourvehiclefrom
unauthorizedentry.
