Calling up the maintenance service
indicator
If you have exceeded the suggested main-
tenance service term, you will see the fol-
lowing message in the multifunction
display:
The maintenance service indicator is auto-
matically cleared
̈ Switch on the ignition (୴ page 35).
The standard display of the control sys-
tem appears (୴ page 123).

after ten seconds when you switch on
the ignition or when reaching the main- SERVICE A EXCEEDED BY XX DAYS
tenance service threshold while driving SERVICE A EXCEEDED BY XX MILES (KM)

Press button k or j on the mul-
tifunction steering wheel until the
maintenance service indicator with the
service symbol 9 or ´ and the
service deadline appears in the multi-
function display.

after 30 seconds, once the suggested
maintenance service term has passed
In addition, a signal sounds when the mes-
sage appears.
You can also clear it yourself.
Any authorized Mercedes-Benz Light Truck
Center will reset the maintenance service
indicator following a completed mainte-
nance service.

Press the reset button on the instru-
ment cluster (୴ page 25).
