simultaneously.Thepretensionerstakeup
slackinthefrontseatbeltsastheairbags
areexpanding.Theseatbeltpretensioner
systemcannotprovideadequate
protectioninanaccidentiftheseatbeltis
notfastenedproperly.Theloadlimiting
systemreleasesbeltwebbingina
controlledmannertoreducebeltforceon
theoccupant'schest.
