Makesuretheadjustablecomponents
ofaseatarelockedinplaceby
attemptingtoslidetheseatforward
andbackwardandrockingthe
seatback:
Adjustableseatsthatarenotsecurely
latchedaredangerous.Inasudden
stoporcollision,theseatorseatback
couldmove,causinginjury.
Adjusttheseatonlywhenthevehicleis
stopped:
Adjustingtheseatwhilethevehicleis
movingisdangerous.Sudden
brakingoracollisioncouldcause
seriousinjury.
