not exceed the maximum roof rack load capacity.
Always distribute heavy loads as evenly as pos-

Long loads, which extend over the windshield,
such as wood panels or surfboards, should be
securedtoboththefrontandrearofthevehicle.
Place a blanket or other protection between the
surfaceoftheroofandtheload.
