D - REPLACEMENT OPERATIONS

- Customer confidential card
The access code (4 characters) is given to the customer on a confidential
card. It can be seen after removing the masking strip on the card. It is
required for all maintenance procedures on the system.

IMPORTANT: Before adding or replacing parts, ensure that the customer
is still in possession of his confidential card.

- Loss of access code
The access code is linked to a chassis number and managed by the
CITROËN network.
