If the parking brake is not completely released, the
BRAKEwarninglightwillremainon.
NOTE:
Your vehicle has automatically adjusting rear
brakesandwedonotrecommendanyadjustmentother
than the maintenance performed by your authorized
dealer.
Before leaving the vehicle parked on a hill, you must
make sure the parking brake is fully applied and place
the gear selector in the P (Park) position (automatic
transmission) or first gear (manual transmission). Make
certainthetransfercaseisingear.Failuretodosomay
causethevehicletorollandcausedamageorinjury.
