Position the lap belt across your thighs, below your

abdomen.Toremoveslackinthelapbeltportion,pullup
ontheshoulderbelt.Toloosenthelapbeltifitistootight,
tilt the latch plate and pull on the lap belt.Asnug belt
reducestheriskofslidingunderthebeltinacollision.
Abeltthatisbuckledintothewrongbucklewillnot
protect you properly. The lap portion could ride too
highonyourbody,possiblycausinginternalinjuries.
Alwaysbuckleyourbeltintothebucklenearestyou.
