todegradebatterylifeand/orpreventenginestarting.

vacuumcleaners,lights,etc.),willdegradethebattery
evenmorequickly.Onlyusetheseintermittentlyand
withgreatercaution.
Aftertheuseofhighpowerdrawaccessories,orlong
periodsofthevehiclenotbeingstarted(withaccesso-
ries still plugged in), the vehicle must be driven a
sufficient length of time to allow the alternator to
rechargethevehicle’sbattery.
