illuminate,havethesystemservicedimmediatelybyan
authorizedMazdadealer.WiththeABSlighton,theanti-lockbrake
systemisdisabledbutnormalbrakingisstilleffectiveunlessthebrake
warninglightalsoremainsilluminatedwiththeparkingbrakereleased.
Airbagreadiness:Ifthislightfails
toilluminatewhentheignitionis
turnedtoon,continuestoflashor
remainson,havethesystem
servicedimmediatelybyanauthorizedMazdadealer.Achimewillsound
whenthereisamalfunctionintheindicatorlight.
Seatbelt:Remindsyoutofasten
yourseatbelt.ABelt-Minder௡
chimewillalsosoundtoremindyou
tofastenyourseatbelt.Refertothe
SeatingandSafetyRestraints
chaptertoactivate/deactivatetheBelt-Minder௡chimefeature.
Chargingsystem:Illuminateswhen
thebatteryisnotchargingproperly.
Ifitstaysonwhiletheengineis
running,theremaybeamalfunction
withthechargingsystem.Contactyourauthorizeddealerassoonas
possible.Thisindicatesaproblemwiththeelectricalsystemorarelated
component.
Engineoilpressure:Illuminates
whentheoilpressurefallsbelowthe
normalrange,refertoEngineoilin
theMaintenanceand
Specificationschapter.
Stabilitycontrol/Traction
control:Illuminateswhenthe
StabilityControl/Tractioncontrol
systemsareactive.Ifthelight
remainson,havethesystem
servicedimmediately,refertothe
Drivingchapterformoreinformation.
