Bureaus.BBBAUTOLINEandMAZDAhavebeencertifiedbythe
ArbitrationCertificationProgramoftheCaliforniaDepartmentof
ConsumerAffairs.

IfyouhaveaproblemarisingunderaMAZDAwrittenwarranty,we
encourageyoutobringittoourattention.Ifweareunableto
resolveit,youmayfileaclaimwithBBBAUTOLINE.Claimsmust
befiledwithBBBAUTOLINEwithinsix(6)monthsafterthe
expirationofthewarranty.

nochargeforthecall.
InordertofileaclaimwithBBBAUTOLINE,youwillhaveto
provideyournameandaddress,thebrandnameandvehicle
identificationnumber(VIN)ofyourvehicle,andastatementofthe
natureofyourproblemorcomplaint.Youwillalsobeaskedto
provide:theapproximatedateofyouracquisitionofthevehicle,the
vehicle’scurrentmileage,theapproximatedateandmileageatthe
timeanyproblem(s)werefirstbroughttotheattentionofMAZDA
oroneofourdealers,andastatementofthereliefyouareseeking.

BBBAUTOLINEstaffmaytrytohelpresolveyourdisputethrough
mediation.Ifmediationisnotsuccessful,orifyoudonotwishto
participateinmediation,claimswithintheprogram’sjurisdictionmay
bepresentedtoanarbitratorataninformalhearing.Thearbitrator’s
decisionshouldordinarilybeissuedwithin40daysfromthetime
yourcomplaintisfiled;theremaybeadelayof7daysifyoudidnot
firstcontactMAZDAaboutyourproblem,oradelayofupto30days
ifthearbitratorrequestsaninspection/reportbyanimpartial
technicalexpertorfurtherinvestigationandreportbyBBBAUTO
LINE.
