systembypressingthebuttonyouprogrammedtoactivatetheopener.
Theindicatorlightabovetheselectedbuttonwillturnontoconfirmthat
theCar2Usystemisrespondingtothebuttoncommand.
Erasing the Car2Uா Home Automation System buttons
Note:Thesystemallowsforthreedevicestobeprogrammed.Ifyou
needtochangeorreplaceanyofthethreedevicesafterithasbeen
initiallyprogrammed,itwillbenecessarytoerasethecurrentsettings
usingtheprocedurebelowandthenreprogrammingallofthedevices
beingused.
ToeraseprogrammingontheCar2Usystem(individualbuttonscannot
beerased),usethefollowingprocedure:
1.
Firmlypressthetwooutside
Car2Usystembuttons
simultaneouslyfor
approximately20secondsuntil
theindicatorlightsbeginto
blinkrapidly.Theindicator
lightsarelocateddirectlyabove
thebuttons.
2.
Oncetheindicatorlightsbegin
toblink,releaseyourfingers
fromthebuttons.Thecodesfor
allbuttonsareerased.
IfyousellyourvehicleequippedwiththeCar2Usystem,itis
recommendedthatyouerasetheprogrammingforsecurityreasons.
FCC and RSS-210 Industry Canada Compliance
TheCar2UsystemcomplieswithPart15oftheFCCrulesandwith
RSS-210ofIndustryCanada.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwo
conditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)
Thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceivedincludinginterference
thatmaycauseundesiredoperation.
ChangesandmodificationstotheCar2Usystemtransmitterbyother
thananauthorizedservicefacilitycouldvoidauthorizationtousethe
equipment.
