thedealertoresolveafactory-relatedvehicleserviceconcernhavebeen
unsatisfactory,FordofCanadaparticipatesinanimpartialthirdparty
mediation/arbitrationprogramadministeredbytheCanadianMotor
VehicleArbitrationPlan(CAMVAP).
TheCAMVAPprogramisastraight-forwardandrelativelyspeedy
alternativetoresolveadisagreementwhenallothereffortstoproducea
settlementhavefailed.Thisprocedureiswithoutcosttoyouandis
designedtoeliminatetheneedforlengthyandexpensivelegal
proceedings.
IntheCAMVAPprogram,impartialthird-partyarbitratorsconduct
hearingsatmutuallyconvenienttimesandplacesinaninformal
environment.Theseimpartialarbitratorsreviewthepositionsofthe
parties,makedecisionsand,whenappropriate,renderawardstoresolve
disputes.CAMVAPdecisionsarefast,fair,andfinal;thearbitrator’s
awardisbindingbothtoyouandFordofCanada.

Beforeexportingyourvehicletoaforeigncountry,contactthe
appropriateforeignembassyorconsulate.Theseofficialscaninformyou
oflocalvehicleregistrationregulationsandwheretofindunleadedfuel.
Ifyoucannotfindunleadedfuelorcanonlygetfuelwithananti-knock
indexlowerthanisrecommendedforyourvehicle,contactadistrictor
ownerrelations/customerassistanceoffice.
Theuseofleadedfuelinyourvehiclewithoutproperconversionmay
damagetheeffectivenessofyouremissioncontrolsystemandmaycause
