Thefacilityenablesthehandsetstobeusedto
recallthepre-setelectricseat/mirrorpositions
whenyouUNLOCKthedoor.Thetwo
handsetsareseparatelyidentifiedbydifferent
labelsandbygreyandblackbatterycovers-
key1correspondstodriver’sseatmemory1,
andkey2toseatmemory2(see’Seats’).

Thekeyisleftinthestarterswitch.
Anincomplete’lazylock’isattempted.The
messagecentrewillindicatethecauseofa
mislocke.g.’SUNROOFBLOCKED’.
Ifamislockoccurs,awarning’bleep’will
soundinwhichcaseyoushouldunlockthe
vehicle,rectifythecauseofthemislockand
thenre-lockthevehicle.
NOTE:Ifadditionalhandset/keyshavebeen
obtained(key3andkey4),theyarenotlinked
tothememoryseatsystem.

Lazylocking’enablesyoutousethehandset
Pressandholdthe’unlock’buttononthe

handsetfor1/2seconds(theindicatorlight
onthehandsetflashesrapidly),andthen
release.Thedriver’sseatandbothmirrorswill
movetothepositionsprogrammedintothe
relevantseatmemory.
Tooperatelazylocking:

Ensurethedoors,bonnetandtailgateare
properlyclosed.
NOTE:’Lazyseats’willonlyoperateif
volumetricprotectionwasactivatedwhenthe
vehiclewaslocked(ie.by’superlocking’using
thehandset).

Withthehandset-pressandholdthe

lock’button(presstwiceandholdonthe
secondpressif’superlocking’).
Withthekey-turnandholdthekeyinthe
Itwillnotfunctionifthealarmsystemhas
alreadybeentriggeredsinceitwaslastset,
andwillbecancelledifadoorisopened,orif
thevehicleisrelocked.
