The doors can be locked without a key.
To lock the doors from the inside, simply close
thedoorandpushthelockswitchtothe"LOCK"
position. When this is done, neither the outside
nor the passenger's inside door handle can be
used.

The door can be locked or unlocked with a
key.
Lock the door by turning the key toward the
frontofthevehicleandunlockitbyturningthe
key toward the rear.
Tolockthedoors,firstpushtheinsidelockswitch
tothe"LOCK"positionsothattheredmarkonthe
switch is not visible, then close the door.
NOTE:

Whenlockingthedoorthisway,becareful
not to lock the door with the ignition key
left in the vehicle.
To protect against theft, always remove
the ignition key, close all windows, and
lock all doors when leaving your vehicle
unattended.
NOTE:
Whenthedoorislocked,theredmarkonthe
switch is not visible.
