PTY(ProgramType)

Pressing the INFO button once while in FM mode will

turnonthePTYmodefor5seconds.Ifnoactionistaken

duringthe5secondtimeout,thePTYiconwillturnoff.

Pressing the TUNE button within 5 seconds will allow

the program format type to be selected. Many radio

stationsdonotcurrentlybroadcastPTYinformation.
