Toopenthemoonroof:
Themoonroofisequippedwithan
automatic,one-touch,express
opening,closingandventingfeature.
Pressandreleasetherearportionof
thecontrol.Tostopmotionatany
timeduringtheone-touch
operation,pressthecontrola
secondtime.
Whenclosingthemoonroof,youshouldverifythatitisfreeof
obstructionsandensurethatchildrenand/orpetsarenotinthe
proximityofthemoonroofopening.
Toclosethemoonroof:
Themoonroofisequippedwithanautomatic,one-touch,expressclosing
feature.Pressandreleasethefrontportionofthecontrol.Tostop
motionatanytimeduringtheone-touchclosing,pressthecontrolagain.
Bounceback:
Whenanobstaclehasbeendetectedinthemoonroofopeningasthe
moonroofisclosing,themoonroofwillautomaticallyopenandstopata
prescribedposition.Thisisknownas“bounce-back”.Iftheignitionis
turnedOFF(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive)duringbounce-back,
themoonroofwillmoveuntilthebouncebackpositionisreached.
Bouncebackoverride:
Tooverridebounceback,pressandholdthefrontportionofthecontrol.
Forexample:Bouncebackcanbeusedtoovercometheresistanceofice
onthemoonrooforseals.Ifduringabounce-backcondition,thecontrol
isreleasedtotheneutralposition,thenheldintheonetouchposition
withintwosecondsafterthemoonroofreachesthebounce-back
position,themoonroofwilltravelwithnobounce-backprotection.
Ifthecontrolisreleasedbeforethemoonroofreachesfullyclosedorthe
ignitionisturnedOFF(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive),themoon
roofwillstop.Securityoverridecanbeusedifthemoonroofmovement
isrestrictedinsomeway,forexample,ifthereisiceonthemoonroofor
seals.

Totiltthemoonroofintotheventposition(whentheglasspanelis
closed),pressandreleasethefrontportionofthecontrol.
