tarilydepressthe“ESPControlSwitch”.Thiswillrestore
thenormal“ESPOn”modeofoperation.
ESPOn
ThisisthenormaloperatingmodeforESPin2WD,4WD
PartTime,4WDFullTime(Selec-TracOnly),andon2WD
vehicles.Wheneverthevehicleisstartedorthetransfer
case (if equipped) is shifted from 4WD low range or
neutralbackto4WDhighrangeor2WD,theESPsystem
willbeinthismode.Thismodeshouldbeusedformost
alldrivingsituations.ESPshouldonlybeturnedofffor
specificreasonsasnotedbelow.

PartialOff
Thismodeisenteredbymomentarilydepressingthe“ESP
ControlSwitch”(locatedontopofthesteeringcolumn).
When in “Partial Off” mode, the TCS portion of ESP,
exceptforthe“limitedslip”featuredescribedintheTCS
section, has been disabled and the “ESP/TCS Indicator
Light” will be illuminated.All other stability features of
ESPControlSwitch
