Therotaryknobontheleftcontrolstheblowerandcanbe
setinoneoffourpositionsfromLowtoHigh.
ManualAirConditioningandHeatingSystem
Thecontrolsfortheheating,airconditioning,andventi-
lationsysteminthisvehicleconsistofaseriesofrotary
knobs,andapush-button.Thesecomfortcontrolscanbe
settoobtaindesiredinteriorconditions.
TemperatureControl
The degree of comfort can be selected by rotating the
temperaturecontrolknobontheright.Thecoldesttem-
peraturesettingisfullycounterclockwiseandthewarm- 4
estsettingfullyclockwise.Theknobcanbepositionedat
anydetent.
AirConditioningOperation
ToturnontheAirConditioning,setthefancontrol
at any speed and press the snowflake button
locatedonthecontrolpanel.Conditionedairwill
be directed through the outlets selected by the mode
control.Alightinthesnowflakebuttonshowsthattheair
conditioningison.
Slightchangesinenginespeedorpowermaybenoticed
when the air conditioning compressor is on. This is a
