Press and hold the just-trained HomeLink button.
6. FirmlypressandreleasetheЉlearnЉorЉsmartЉbutton.

If your device activates when the HomeLink button is
depressedandreleased,programmingiscomplete.
NOTE: Thereare30secondsinwhichtoinitiatethenext
step.
NOTE: ToprogramtheremainingtwoHomeLinkbut-
tons, simply repeat the ЉProgramming HomeLinkЉ pro-
cess.
7. Return to the vehicle and firmly press, hold for two
secondsandreleasetheprogrammedHomeLinkbutton.
RepeattheЉpress/hold/releaseЉsequenceasecondtime,
and,dependingonthebrandofthegaragedooropener
(or other rolling code equipped device), repeat this
sequence a third time to complete the programming
process.
If the message TRANSMIT appears on the HomeLink
displaybutyourdevicedoesnotactivate,thedevicemay
beequippedwithaЉrollingcodeЉsystem.Continuewith
stepsfivethroughsevenbelowtocompletetheprogram-
mingofarollingcodeequippeddevice(mostcommonly
agaragedooropener).
HomeLink should now activate your rolling code
equippeddevice.
5.
Atthegaragedooropenerreceiver(motor-headunit)
in the garage, locate the ЉlearnЉ or ЉsmartЉ button. This
canusuallybefoundwherethehangingantennawireis
attachedtothemotor-headunit.

tons, simply repeat the ЉProgramming HomelinkЉ pro-
cess.
