seatback.Leavingthelapportionof
thebeltfastenedcouldcause

Toencouragerearseatpassengerstowear
theirseatbelts,wesuggestleavingthecenter-
rearlappositionofthebeltfastenedatall
timesexceptwhenfoldingtherearseat
forward.

isnowsecureforpassengeruse.

belt.

Center-RearPositionSeatBelt
Topullouttheseatbelt,slidetongues
withyourfinger,andslowlypulloutthe
seatbeltfromtherecess.
Thecenter-rearpositionseatbeltcanbe
stowedusingthefollowingprocedure.
NOTE
CAUTION
Pullingtheseatbeltallthewayoutwillswitch
ittoautomaticlockingmode.Ifautomatic
lockingmodeisnotneeded,retracttheseat
beltfullytoconvertitbacktoemergency
lockingmode.
Whenstowingtheseatbelt,make
surethebeltislockedsecurelyinto
therecess.Iftheseatbeltisnot
properlystowed,itmightgetcaught
intheseatsandbedamaged.
Tostowtheseatbelt,retractthebelt,put
tongues(A)and(C)togetherandinsert
themintotherecess.
