UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR  VEHICLE
Manual Reclining Seats — If  Equipped
WARNING!
The recliner control lever is on the outboard side of the
seat. To recline, lean forward slightly, lift the lever, then
push back to the desired position and release the lever.
Leanforwardandliftthelevertoreturntheseatbacktoits
normal position. Using body pressure, lean forward and
rearwardontheseattobesuretheseatbackhaslatched.
DONOTridewiththeseatbackreclinedsothatthe
shoulderbeltisnolongerrestingagainstyourchest.
Inacollisionyoucouldslideundertheseatbeltand
beseriouslyorfatallyinjured.Usethereclineronly
whenthevehicleisparked.
