Headlight Delay — If Equipped
Thisfeatureprovidesthesafetyofheadlightillumination
forupto90secondsafterexitingyourvehicle.
Iftheheadlightsareturnedoffbeforetheignition,they
willturnoffinthenormalmanner.
NOTE: Theheadlightsmustbeturnedoffwithin45sec-
ondsofturningtheignitionOFFtoactivatethisfeature.
Toactivatethedelayfeature,turnOFFtheignitionswitch
while the headlights are still on. Then turn off the
headlightswithin45seconds.The90seconddelayinter-
val begins when headlight switch is turned off. If the
headlights or parking lights are turned back on or the
ignitionswitchisturnedON,thedelaywillbecancelled.
Lights-OnReminder
Iftheheadlightsortheparkinglightsarelefton,orifthe
dimmer control is in the extreme top position after the
ignitionswitchisturnedOFF,achimewillsoundwhen
thedriver’sdoorisopened.
