A Proxim ity Warning will alert the driver if ACC pred icts
that its maxim um braking level is not sufficient to
maintain the set distance. If this occurs, a visu al alert
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Menu
The EVIC displays the current ACC system settings. The
EVIC is located in the upper part of the instru ment
cluster betw een the speed ometer and the tachom eter. The
inform ation it displays depend s on ACC system statu s.
(“ATTEN
TION”) will flash in the EVIC and a chim e will
sou nd while ACC continu es to apply its maxim um
braking capacity. When this occurs, you shou ld immedi-
ately apply the brakes as need ed to maintain a safe
distance from the vehicle ahead .

Press the Menu button (located on the steering
wheel) rep eated ly until one of the follow ing
displays in the EVIC:
