benefitsfortowingandrentalcoverage.
WhenyoubuyFordESP,youreceivePeace-of-Mindprotection
throughouttheUnitedStatesandCanada,providedbyanetworkof
morethan5,000participatingFordorLincolnMercuryandFordof
Canadadealers.

GETTING THE SERVICES YOU NEED
At home
FordMotorCompanyandFordofCanadahaveauthorizeddealershipsto
serviceyourvehicle.Itispreferredthatyoureturntotheauthorized
dealerwhereyourvehiclewaspurchasedwhenwarrantyrepairsare
needed.However,youmayalsotakeyourvehicletoanotherFordMotor
CompanyorFordofCanadadealershipauthorizedforwarrantyrepairs.
Certainwarrantyrepairsrequirespecialtrainingthough,sonotall
dealersareauthorizedtoperformallwarrantyrepairs.Thatmeansthat
dependingonthewarrantyrepairneeded,thevehiclemayneedtobe
takentoanotherdealer.Ifaparticulardealershipcannotassistyou,then
