sameanchor.Inacrash,one
anchormaynotbestrongenough
toholdtwochildsafetyseat
attachmentsandmaybreak,
causingseriousinjuryordeath.
Theloweranchorsforchildseat
installationarelocatedattherear
sectionoftherearseatbetweenthe
cushionandseatback.
Followthechildseatmanufacturer’sinstructionstoproperlyinstalla
childseatwithLATCHattachments.TwoplasticLATCHguidescanbe
obtainedatnochargefromanyFordorLincoln-Mercurydealer.They
snapontotheLATCHloweranchorsintheseattohelpattachachild
seatwithrigidattachments.Theguidesholdtheseattrimawayto
exposetheanchorandmakeiteasiertoattachsomechildseats.

anchorsshown.
