signalcontrol,towardyouandmovethesteeringwheel

up or down, as desired. Release the lever to lock the

steeringwheelfirmlyinplace.

Tilting the steering column while the vehicle is

movingisdangerous.Withoutastablesteeringcol-

umn,youcouldlosecontrolofthevehicleandhave

an accident. Adjust the column only while the ve-

hicleisstopped.Besureitislockedbeforedriving.
