cranked.Thewarninglightturnsoffafteraspecifiedperiodoftime.
Asystemmalfunctionisindicatedifthewarninglightconstantlyflashes,constantly
illuminatesordoesnotilluminateatallwhentheignitionswitchisturnedtotheON
position.Ifanyoftheseoccur,consultanAuthorizedMazdaDealerassoonaspossible.
Thesystemmaynotworkinanaccident.

Nevertamperwiththeairbag/pretensionersystemsandalwayshaveanAuthorized
MazdaDealerperformallservicingandrepairs:
Self-servicingortamperingwiththesystemsisdangerous.Anairbag/pretensioner
couldaccidentallyactivateorbecomedisabledcausingseriousinjuryordeath.

Ifamalfunctionisdetectedinboththeairbag/frontseatbeltpretensionersystemandthe
warninglight,awarningbeepsoundwillbeheardforabout1minute.Afterthat,theone-
minutebeepwillberepeatedevery30minutes.
HaveyourvehicleinspectedatanAuthorizedMazdaDealerassoonaspossible.

Donotdrivethevehiclewiththeairbag/frontseatbeltpretensionersystemwarning
beepsounding:
Drivingthevehiclewiththeairbag/frontseatbeltpretensionersystemwarningbeep
soundingisdangerous.Inacollision,theairbagsandthefrontseatbelt
pretensionersystemwillnotdeployandthiscouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.
