Thiswarninglightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned

IftheAWDwarninglightflashes:
Thelightilluminateswhenthetransaxle
hasaproblem.
Parkthevehicleinasafeplace.Aftera
fewmoments;ifthewarninglightstops
flashing,youcanresumedriving.Ifthe
lightdoesnotstopflashing,contactan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.
CAUTION
Iftheautomatictransaxlewarning
lightilluminates,thetransaxlehas
anelectricalproblem.Continuingto
driveyourMazdainthiscondition
couldcausedamagetoyour
WARNING
Neverspinawheelthatisoffthe
ground:
transaxle.ConsultanAuthorized
MazdaDealerassoonaspossible.
Spinningawheelthatisoffthe
groundasaresultofthevehicle
beingstuckorinaditchis
dangerous.Thedriveassemblycould
beseriouslydamagedwhichcould
leadtoanaccidentorcouldeven
leadtooverheating,oilleakage,and
afire.

Thiswarninglightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned
totheONposition.
Thereafter,thewarninglightwill

Flasheswhenthedifferentialoil
temperatureisabnormallyhigh.
