Ø Avoiddrivingoverobstacles.
Also,donotdrivethroughan
automaticcarwash.Thistire's
diameterissmallerthana
conventionaltire's,sothe
groundclearanceisreduced
about25mm(1in).

counterclockwisewiththelugwrench.
Ø Donotuseatirechainonthis
tirebecauseitwillnotfit
properly.
Ø Donotuseyourtemporary
sparetireonanyothervehicle;
ithasbeendesignedonlyfor
yourMazda.
Ø Useonlyonetemporaryspare
tireonyourvehicleatthesame
time.

Whenusingthetemporaryspare
tireonthefrontaxle,replaceit
withastandardtireassoonas
possible.Thesizedifference
betweenthespareandthe
standardtirewillcausethelimited
slipdifferentialtomalfunction.
Tostorethesparetire
Storethesparetireinthereverseorderof
removal.Afterstoring,verifythatthe
sparetireisstoredsecurely.
NOTE
(WithTirePressureMonitoringSystem)
Atirepressuresensorisnotinstalledtothe
temporarysparetire.Thewarninglightwill
flashcontinuouslywhilethetemporaryspare
tireisbeingused(page5-29).
