Getting the service you need

serviceyourvehicle.Whenyouneedwarrantyrepairsyoursellingdealer
wouldlikeyoutoreturntoitforthatservice,butyoumayalsotakeyour
vehicletoanotherFordMotorCompanydealershipauthorizedfor
warrantyrepairs.Certainwarrantyrepairsrequirespecialtraining
though,sonotalldealersareauthorizedtoperformallwarrantyrepairs.
Thatmeansthatdependingonthewarrantyrepairneeded,thevehicle
mayneedtobetakentoanotherdealer.Ifaparticulardealershipcannot
assistyou,thencontacttheCustomerAssistanceCenter.
Ifyouarenotsatisfiedwiththeserviceyoureceiveatthedealership,
speakwiththeservicemanager.Ifyouarestillnotsatisfied,speakwith
theownerorgeneralmanagerofthedealership.Inmostcases,your
concernwillberesolvedatthislevel.
