Locking the doors
Pressthiscontroltolockalldoors
(andliftgateonwagons).On
vehiclesequippedwiththedriver’s
dooronlyremoteentrysystem,only
thedriver’s(andliftgateonwagons)
doorwilllock.
Toconfirmdoorsareclosedand
locked,pressthelockcontrola
secondtimewithinfiveseconds.
Thedoor(s)willlockagain,the
hornwillchirponceandthelamps
willflash.
Ifanyofthedoorsareopenorajar,thehornwillmaketwoquickchirps,
remindingyoutoproperlyclosethedoors.
Thisprocesswillalsoarmyouranti-theftsystem(ifequipped).Formore

Opening the trunk
Pressthecontroloncetoopenthe
trunk.Onwagons,pressingthe
controlwillunlock(butnotopen)
theliftgate.
Ensurethatthetrunkisclosedand
latchedbeforedrivingyourvehicle.
Failuretolatchthetrunk
completelymaycauseobjectstofall
outofthetrunkorblocktherear
view.
