retracts.

whilethevehicleismovingis
particularlydangerous.During
suddenbrakingorevenaminor
collision,achildnotrestrainedina
properseatorchild-restraintsystem
andseatbeltcouldbethrownforward,
backorevenoutofthecarresultingin
seriousinjuriesordeath.Thechildin
thecargoareacouldbethrowninto
otheroccupantsandcauseserious
injury.Neverallowapassengertosit
orstandonthefoldedseatbackwhile
thevehicleismoving.
Makesuretheleverreturnstoitsoriginal
positionandtheseatislockedinplaceby
attemptingtopushitforwardand
backward.
