ItalsocomesonwhentheDSCOFF
switchispressedandTCS/DSCis
switchedoff(page5-24).
NOTE
Afterturningtheignitionswitchtothe
ONposition,aclickingsoundmaybe
heardbehindthedashboard.Thissound
istheresultoftheDSCsystemself-
checkoperationanddoesnotindicate
anabnormality.
IfthelightstaysonwhentheTCS/DSCis
notswitchedoff,takeyourvehicletoan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.Thedynamic
stabilitycontrolmayhaveamalfunction.
qDSCOFFSwitch
qTCS/DSCIndicatorLight
ToturnofftheTCS/DSC,pressandhold
theDSCOFFswitchuntiltheDSCOFF
indicatorlightilluminates.
Thisindicatorlightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned
totheONposition.IftheTCSorDSCis
operating,theindicatorlightflashes.
