Power windows
Hinged quarter windows*
Opening
i If the upward movement of a door window is
blocked during the closing procedure, the door
window will stop and open slightly.

Press and release switch 1.
The switches for opening and closing the
hinged quarter windows are located on the
door control panel of the driver’s door.
To stop the hinged quarter window:

Remove the obstruction.

Press and release switch 1 once
Pull the respective door window switch
past the resistance point again and
release.

Closing
i If the door window still does not close when
there is no obstruction, pull and hold the respec-
tive power window switch. The door window will
then close without the obstruction sensor
function.

Press and release switch 2.
To stop the hinged quarter window:

Press and release switch 2 once
more.
Stopping door windows during
Express-operation
i When the obstruction sensor detects the
hinged quarter window is blocked during the
closing process, it will stop and open slightly.
