vehicleoff.RemovetheDMCMcoolantsurgetank
pressure capwhentheDMCMcoolingsystem,
including theDMCMcoolantsurgetankpressure
capandDMCMcoolinghoses,arenolongerhot.
TurntheDMCMcoolantsurgetankpressurecap
slowlycounterclockwise (left)aboutonefullturn.
Wait30seconds.
2. ThenkeepturningtheDMCMcoolantsurgetank
pressure capslowly,andremoveit.

Addthepre‐mixedDEX‐COOL™,available   atyour
dealer/retailer, totheDMCMcoolantsurgetank
untilthelevelreachestheFULLCOLDmark.
Turntheignition  toON/RUNwithoutstarting  the
engine.Thehybridcoolingpumpswillrunandany
trappedairwillpurgetothesurgetank.
Addthepre‐mixedDEX‐COOL™,available   atyour
dealer/retailer, untilthecoolantlevelismaintained
attheFULLCOLDmark.Thisshouldtakeno
longerthantwominutesofhybridcoolingpump
operation.
