Displaying and Changing an Existing
Block Area
SIRIUS XM Traffic Service
You can display the SIRIUS XM Service
information.
X To select the area you want to display
or change: Slideqmr.
X SelectOptions£Display/Change.
The map display appears with the block
area marked red.
X To display the SIRIUS XM service
information: SelectNavi£
Service
SIRIUS
X To set the map scale: Rotateymz.
X To scroll the map: Slideqmr,omp or
wmx.
X To define the center of the block area:
Pressn.
X To set the desired size of the block area:
Rotateymz.
X To confirm the area and exit map
display: Pressn.
X Hide menu system if applicable

Defining a New Block Area
X SelectOptions£Avoid New Area
The map is displayed.
X To set the map scale: Rotateymz.
Subscribing to SIRIUS XM Traffic
Information Service
X Rotateymz until the desired size of the
new block area is set.
X Slideqmr,omp orwmx to shift the
new block area to the desired region.
X To confirm the area and exit map
display: Pressn.
X Contact Traffic Information service
provider at the telephone number
displayed in the screen.

X Hide menu system if applicable

After the connection is made:
Deleting a Block Area
X To select the area you want to delete:
Slideqmr.
X SelectOptions£Delete.
You will be prompted to confirm that you
wish to delete the block area.
X SelectYes orNo.
X Follow the instructions given by the
operator.
The activation process may take up to 10
minutes.
i If a subscription is not included with
system purchase, credit card information is
required to activate your account.
If you selectYes COMAND deletes the
entry.
