MAINTAINING YOUR VEHICLE
The fluid level shou ld be to the bottom edge of the fill
hole (A) when the vehicle is in a level position.
Drain
First rem ove fill plug (B), then drain plug (C). Recom -
mend ed tightening torqu e for drain and fill plugs is
15–25
ft.lbs. (20–34 N·m).
CAUTIO N!
When installin g plugs, do not overtigh ten . You could
damage them and cause them to leak .
Selection of Lubrican t
Use only manu factu rer’s recom mend ed fluid, refer to
Recom mend ed Fluids, Lubricants, and Genu ine Parts for
correct fluid typ e.
Adding Fluid
Only at filler hole until fluid runs out of the hole, when
the vehicle is in a level position.
