Undertrayremoval
Rear section:
The rear undertray(1) can be removed to
enable access to the gearboxdrain and filler
levelplugs.

Raise the vehicle on a ramp.
Remove the two bolts (2) securing the
rear and front undertraytogether.

Remove the two bolts (3) securing the
rear undertrayto the chassis
crossmember.
Remove the bolt (4) securing the
undertrayto the right hand side of the
chassis.
Pull the undertrayrearwards to disengage
from the front undertrayand remove.
Refitting the undertrayis the reverse of the
removalprocedure, but take care to ensure
that the flanges of the front undertrayare
properlylocated. Tighten the bolts (2, 3, &4)
to a torque rating of 14 Nm (10 lbf/ft).
