Bonnet opening
WARNING
Ensure the wipers are switched off and have
returned to the parked position before
opening the bonnet.
On vehicles with a bonnet mounted spare
wheel, the bonnet will be heavy to lift - DO
NOTallow it to drop.
Lift the safetycatch lever (as illustration) and
raise the bonnet.
Prop stay
Pull the bonnet release handle.
Release the bonnet support stay from the
underside of the bonnet and fit the stay in the
corresponding hole in the bonnet locking
platform.
