Turn the starter switch to position ’0’and
disconnect the batterynegative lead.
•
•
Clean the area around the filter head (1)
and place a container under the filter.
Using a strap wrench, unscrew the filter
(2)
and catch the fuel released in the
container.
•
•
Wet the seal of the new filter (3) with
dieselfuel and screw the filter into
position and tighten.
Ensure that the drain tap (4) at the base of
the filter is closed.
•
•
Connect the batterynegative lead.
Start the engine and checkfor leaks.
