Donotusechemicalsolventsorstrongdetergentswhencleaning
thesteeringwheelorinstrumentpaneltoavoidcontaminationof
theairbagsystem.
Ifastainingliquidlikecoffee/juicehasbeenspilledontheinstrument
paneloroninteriortrimsurfaces,cleanasfollows:

Wipeupspilledliquidusingacleanwhitecottoncloth.

CanadauseMotorcraftMulti-PurposeCleaner(CXC-101)]tothewiped
areaandspreadaroundevenly.
ApplyMotorcraftDeluxeLeatherandVinylCleaner(ZC-11-A)[In

ApplymoreMotorcraftcleanertoacleanwhitecottonclothandpress
theclothontothesoiledarea–allowthistosetatroomtemperaturefor

minutes.

Removethesoakedcloth,andifitisnotsoiledbadly,usethisclothto
cleantheareabyusingarubbingmotionfor60seconds.

Followingthis,wipeareadrywithacleanwhitecottoncloth.

withMotorcraftSpotandStainRemover(ZC-14).
Ifaringformsonthefabricafterspotcleaning,cleantheentirearea
immediately(butdonotoversaturate)ortheringwillset.
Donotusehouseholdcleaningproductsorglasscleaners,whichcan
stainanddiscolorthefabricandaffecttheflameretardantabilitiesof
theseatmaterials.
